NEW SOLGLIDE® T Bearings are available with either steel or aluminum backings with proprietary polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) based compounds. When equipped with 1.5 mm thick steel backings, the SOLGLIDE® T bearing offers superior "entrance area" performance while the 3 mm thick aluminum SOLGLIDE® T bearing provides an easy "drop in" solution as well as superior structure capability when paired with aluminum frames.
SOLGLIDE® M and T, Subtype "SS" Bearings
SOLGLIDE® M and T Bearings are used for the most demanding applications.
- Special developed compounds guarantees lowest friction and lowest stick-slip effects for smooth movements showing an extreme high wear-resistance
- A high-tech bonding system creates extreme high load capabilities and resists all environmental influences
Non-rusting backings (stainless steel or aluminum) are part of the unique product structure and guarantees a long life
- An optional coating on the backing avoids contact corrosion to protect the housing material and also fulfills the highest corrosion requirements
